Life insurance for Christian families, compared honestly.
We are an independent agency of licensed agents. We compare policies from several insurance companies and find coverage for believers of every church, including the people faith-based insurers turn away.
A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children.Proverbs 13, verse 22 (KJV)
No membership, no church check, no faith test.

How it works
Three steps, one phone call
Answer a few questions
Your state, age, health and what you want the coverage to do. It takes about a minute.
Talk with a licensed agent
At the time you pick, an agent calls with prices from several insurance companies that fit your health and budget.
Decide with no pressure
Ask anything and take your time. The insurance company sets the final price when it approves your application.
Faith and money
Is life insurance a lack of faith?
Scripture never mentions life insurance. It does ask us to provide for our households and care for widows and children. Most Christian teachers see a policy bought in faith, not fear, as one way to do that.
Legacy
Your church can be a beneficiary too
You can name a church or ministry as the beneficiary of a policy, or of a share of one. Many families keep one policy for their children and a smaller one for the church that shaped them. A licensed agent can show you how it works with the insurer you choose.
Provide for your household
Term life replaces your income while your children are young and your mortgage is large. It is the right first policy for most young families.
Term or whole life? →Lift the funeral burden
A small whole life policy pays for the funeral, so your children are not left with the bill and the church is not asked to cover it.
Final expense →Leave a gift that lasts
Whole life does not expire, so it can leave a set amount to your family, your church or a ministry you love, whenever God calls you home.
Whole life →Our promises
How we work
We never sell inside churches
We do not set up tables in the lobby or ask pastors to promote us. Families come to us, not the other way around.
We tell you when term is enough
Many young families only need term. When it is the right answer, we say so, even though whole life pays us more.
We name the insurer
Every policy is issued by a named insurance company. You will always know who stands behind your coverage.
You pay us nothing
The insurance company pays our commission. Your price is the same as buying from that company. How we are paid
Questions
Common questions
Do I have to belong to a church to buy through you?
No. We serve every Christian, any denomination or none, and anyone else who wants our help. There is no membership, statement of faith or church letter.
Is Christian Protection an insurance company?
No. We are an independent agency of licensed insurance agents. Your policy is issued by the insurance company you choose, and its name is on the policy.
Can I get coverage with health problems?
Usually, yes. Some insurers are more lenient than others, and guaranteed acceptance whole life is available to most adults from 50 to 80 with no health questions, with a waiting period before the full benefit. Read about final expense.
Do Christians get special rates?
No, and be careful of anyone who says so. Prices depend on your age, health, tobacco use, the amount and the insurer. Our job is to find the best price for you among several companies.
Do you sell Thrivent or Knights of Columbus?
No. Those organizations sell only through their own representatives. We review them honestly so you can compare, and we offer coverage from other insurers for anyone who is not eligible or wants a second option.
